Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's recipes and presentation standards
- Complete prep work for daily food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines stringently
- Support the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes served
- Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management as needed
