Job Requirements
- prefer previous kitchen experience
- strong understanding of cooking methods and procedures
- ability to read and follow recipes and order screens
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- able to stand for long periods
- comfortable working in high-temperature environments and with hot equipment
- ability to bend, stretch, and reach for cleaning and equipment movement
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards with food handler certification
- ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment safely
- comply with health and safety guidelines
- collaborative team player with good communication skills
- willing to follow instructions and accept feedback
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
