We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. This role involves preparing high-quality meals for our customers using fresh and premium ingredients. The ideal candidate has a creative approach to cooking, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating dishes that provide an exceptional dining experience. This position provides an excellent opportunity to hone culinary skills in a supportive team environment, with clearly defined working hours that include weekday evenings from 4 pm to 9 pm and weekends from 10:30 am to 9 pm. The Line Cook will be an integral part of the kitchen operations, ensuring the food presentation meets the highest standards and that kitchen protocols are strictly followed to maintain safety and efficiency. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Food Handler’s Certification or ServeSafe certification
  • Ability to work weekday evenings and weekend shifts
  • Capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

Job Duties

  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
