Job Requirements
- previous line cook experience required
- preferably in breakfast and lunch setting
- availability to work full-time onsite
- must have valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- 2+ years of previous line experience as a cook
- knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines
- refined verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to take direction from supervisor and/or manager
- must have availability to work am, pm shifts and weekends as needed
- must have valid work authorization
Job Duties
- prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist with inventory control and stocking of ingredients
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet guest needs and kitchen efficiency
- follow directions from supervisors and managers
- contribute to maintaining a positive and productive kitchen environment
