Job Requirements

  • previous line cook experience required
  • preferably in breakfast and lunch setting
  • availability to work full-time onsite
  • must have valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • 2+ years of previous line experience as a cook
  • knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to take direction from supervisor and/or manager
  • must have availability to work am, pm shifts and weekends as needed
  • must have valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • assist with inventory control and stocking of ingredients
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to meet guest needs and kitchen efficiency
  • follow directions from supervisors and managers
  • contribute to maintaining a positive and productive kitchen environment
