We are currently seeking energetic and dependable Heart of House Team Members who are passionate about setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly and that food orders flow continuously to meet guest expectations. As a member of the Heart of House team, you will be responsible for learning and executing all recipe procedures accurately and maintaining high standards of cleaning and safety in the kitchen. This position offers a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
  • Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
  • Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicate ticket times to Team Members
  • Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
