We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Heart of House Team Members to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is integral in setting the pace for every shift, ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently. The Heart of House Team Members are responsible for upholding Chili's high standards by providing dependable, fast service that exemplifies the Chili's brand.

As a Heart of House Team Member, your main responsibility will be to maintain the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining room with precision and speed, ensuring guests receive their meals promptly and accurately. This includes mastering our recipe procedures with accuracy, maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen area to meet all health and safety standards, and strictly following company safety and sanitation policies. Excellent communication with team members is crucial to coordinate ticket times and ensure the kitchen operates seamlessly under high volume conditions.

We are looking for individuals who possess a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor towards their teammates and who can think and act quickly within a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen environment. Prior experience in food and beverage service and preparation is preferred, but not mandatory. Team members should be comfortable using kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar food and beverage preparation role preferred
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time hours
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
