Job Duties
- Execute prep and service for a fast-paced breakfast/lunch cafe
- maintain consistency, quality, and cleanliness in all stations
- support and mentor student trainees during daily operations
- assist with prep lists, inventory, and kitchen organization
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
