Job Requirements
- must have at least 1 year of experience in similar position preferably in high-volume or fine dining restaurant
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must have weekend availability
- effective verbal communication skills and ability to read tickets
- ability to be on your feet for a full shift including use of stairs
- ability to lift or carry 30 pounds
- working knowledge of basic kitchen cooking and prepping terminology
- basic kitchen knife skills

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items in accordance with SWRG quality and service standards
- coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate cooking
- demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients
- maintain appropriate food temperatures for menu items
- follow all company safety and sanitation standards
- report directly to the Manager on Duty
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
