Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
  • Minimum of 3 years line cook experience
  • Ability to work in person at Miami Beach location
  • Capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Committed to maintaining health and safety standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
  • Set up and stock assigned stations before service
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
