Job Qualifications

  • food handler or ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook Thai and Vietnamese dishes according to standard recipes
  • execute wok cooking, curry preparation, sauces, soups, stir-fries, and noodles
  • maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • assist with prep work: chopping, marinating, sauce preparation, and batching
  • follow café food handling and cleanliness standards
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep stations, and storage areas
  • follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
  • ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
  • assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
  • work closely with head chef and kitchen manager
  • support teammates during rush hours
  • communicate ingredient shortages or equipment issues promptly
