Job Duties

  • Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes
  • Ensure that all food temperatures are appropriate for menu items
  • Take direction and delegate tasks effectively
  • Promote a team atmosphere and work well with other team members
  • Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate good judgment in all tasks
  • Commit to continuous improvement for self and others
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid environment
