The Cook position at Arabella of Kilgore is an exciting opportunity for culinary enthusiasts who are passionate about creating delightful and nutritious meals. Food freshness is paramount, and you will ensure proper rotation systems like first-in, first-out are followed to maintain optimal quality. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Willingness to adhere to Civitas grooming and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Residency within Texas
- Successful completion of state-mandated screening
