Your role will be integral to upholding the high culinary standards Riderwood is known for, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

The Line Cook position is hourly, with compensation ranging from $20.70 to $23.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Team members enjoy a supportive work culture that values teamwork, culinary creativity, and growth. You will have the chance to develop your skills in a professional kitchen that balances tradition with innovation, serving a community that values quality and care. The role requires flexibility to work some weekends and holidays, the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to kitchen environments that vary from hot cooking areas to cold refrigeration.

Joining Riderwood means being part of a diverse and inclusive workplace. Erickson Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer committed to a discrimination-free environment, welcoming applicants of all backgrounds and identities. Our team members appreciate the work-life balance, growth opportunities, and unique perks such as no late-night shifts, discounted meals, onsite medical centers, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
