Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of basic line cooking experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living facility is preferred
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • must possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler certificate as required
  • valid driver's license is required if applicable
  • basic knowledge in all areas of kitchen work
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to accurately follow recipe cards and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
