Job Requirements

at least 1 year of basic line cooking experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living facility preferred
high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
must possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler certificate as required
valid driver’s license required if applicable
basic knowledge in all areas of kitchen work
strong attention to detail
ability to accurately follow recipe cards
ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
