Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of basic line cooking experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living facility preferred
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- must possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler certificate as required
- valid driver’s license required if applicable
- basic knowledge in all areas of kitchen work
- strong attention to detail
- ability to accurately follow recipe cards
- ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system

Job Duties
- assist in preparing a variety of meals
- ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
