Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced cooking environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Previous hotel or fine dining experience preferred

  • Experience in upscale restaurants or hotel kitchens preferred
  • Culinary degree highly desirable
  • Banquet experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Preparing cold food items, including salads, fruits, dressings, fish dishes, and appetizers, in line with recipes and quality standards
  • Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to food sanitation standards at all times
  • Managing guest orders efficiently, ensuring a friendly and timely experience
  • Keeping updated knowledge of the menu and food products
  • Stocking and organizing designated food stations
  • Visually inspecting all food items leaving the kitchen
  • Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
