Job Duties
- Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications to ensure product consistency
- visually inspects and selects food items ideal for cooking
- checks and controls proper storage of products and monitors age and condition of all food items for quality maintenance
- keeps all refrigeration equipment, storage and working areas clean and clutter free
- complies with health department regulations
- prepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items
- reads and employs math skills to follow recipes
