- Three to five years cooking experience
- Prior hotel and restaurant cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good physical stamina
- Understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications to ensure product consistency
- Visually inspects and selects only ideal food items for cooking
- Checks and controls proper storage of products and monitors age and condition to maintain quality
- Keeps refrigeration equipment, storage, and working areas clean and clutter-free in compliance with health department regulations
- Prepares daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production
- Reads and employs math skills to accurately follow recipes
