Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a line cook preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong knife skills
  • Knowledge of multiple cooking techniques

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes fresh from scratch daily
  • Use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to ensure food quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Follow recipes accurately including weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management
