Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to meet the restaurant's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including tracking stock levels, restocking ingredients, and minimizing waste
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu and overall dining experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required
- Execute all ticket orders in a quality and timely manner according to menu specifications
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate production of all orders
- Perform all other duties as assigned
