Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to meet the restaurant's standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including tracking stock levels, restocking ingredients, and minimizing waste
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu and overall dining experience
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required
  • Execute all ticket orders in a quality and timely manner according to menu specifications
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate production of all orders
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
