Job Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of cooking experience
  • ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking tasks
  • ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • clean food preparation areas as directed
  • follow recipes and cooking temperatures
  • meet ticket time standards
  • correct food storage methods
  • maintain plating standards
  • operate kitchen appliances safely
  • assist other cooks during shifts
  • follow health department standards
  • follow management instructions promptly

Job Qualifications

  • assist other cooks during shifts
  • clean food preparation areas as directed
  • follow all health department standards
