Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage preferred
willingness to work nights
willingness to work weekends
willingness to work holidays
ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours
ability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 150 pounds

Job Qualifications

minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage preferred
no supervisory experience required
ability to follow standardized recipes and health codes
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
work under the supervision of head chef or sous chef
maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen station
ensure proper storage of food items following health and safety codes
push and pull carts and equipment up to 150 pounds
endure various physical movements throughout kitchen and hotel areas
work in varying temperature and noise conditions indoors and outdoors
