Job Requirements
- Thursday through Monday availability is required
- 2+ years experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Strong knife skills and cooking knowledge especially steaks and seafood
- Fast-moving, focused, and dependable
- Comfortable with fast-paced dinner service and ticket communication
- Speaks and understands English (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
- Professional in appearance and demeanor

- 2+ years experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens

Job Duties
- Cook steaks, seafood, bruschetta, charcuterie, and bistro-style dishes with speed and precision
- Work multiple stations (sauté, grill, fryer, salad station) as needed
- Call back tickets and communicate clearly and calmly during service
- Assist with prep: protein butchery, sauces, vegetable prep, and portioning and occasionally dishwashing/organizing (required)
- Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow recipes and plating guides exactly - consistency is key
- Participate in special events, prix-fixe dinners, and wine pairings
- Contribute to a clean kitchen through end-of-shift breakdown and sanitation
