As a Heart of House Team Member, your responsibility will involve properly learning and executing all recipe procedures according to Chili's standardized guidelines to maintain consistency across all dishes. You will maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and adhere strictly to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy and safe dining environment. Communication is key in this role; you will coordinate ticket times with fellow team members to keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen to the dining area without delays or bottlenecks.
