Our current opportunity is for a Full-time Line Cook at our Ft. Worth - Clearfork community. This role is integral to our food and beverage department, reporting directly to the Executive Chef who oversees day-to-day food service operations. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing meals in a timely manner while ensuring high quality and appealing presentation. The position requires adherence to approved recipes and preparation guides, with a focus on maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment that complies with all regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include assisting with sanitation of the food service areas, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting the overall dining experience by ensuring meal preparation and service is handled with professionalism and care. Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting
- Posses strong culinary skills
- Knowledge of restaurant style service as related to meal preparation and service and timing
- Ability read and follow recipes
- Possesses sound organizational and time management skills
- Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
