Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year experience in a related field required
- previous food services experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- ability to work safely and cooperatively with others

- capability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

- ability to work individually and as part of a team to support kitchen success
Job Duties
- prepare, cook, and serve food to clients consistent with quality standards
- maintain orderly storage and cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and food storage areas
- check and complete temperature charts for refrigerators and freezers daily
- properly use approved cleaning agents in food preparation, storage, and refuse disposal areas
- remove trash and refuse from kitchen, dining room, and storage areas
- safely operate meat slicer and other kitchen equipment
- inventory food service items and supplies as directed
- conduct work activities in a safe and orderly manner
- work cooperatively with others
- report any health status changes to supervisor
- take responsibility for professional growth
- perform other duties as assigned
