Noii is currently looking for a talented and experienced Fry Cook to join their kitchen team. The Fry Cook will be responsible for operating and maintaining deep fryers, cooking proteins, vegetables, and other fried dishes to perfection, and adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working a high-volume fry station
- Valid food handler's certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong understanding of fryer operation and oil management
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain deep fryers and associated equipment during high-volume service
- Cook proteins, vegetables, and other items to perfection—crispy, golden, and consistent
- Ensure proper battering, breading, and portioning of fried foods
- Monitor oil quality and temperature to ensure optimal cooking conditions
- Follow established recipes and plating guidelines to maintain quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station throughout service
- Assist with prep, including breading, portioning, and stocking the station
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene protocols
- Rotate product using FIFO and minimize waste through attention to prep and portioning
- Work closely with other cooks to ensure timely, coordinated service
