Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of kitchen or cooking experience
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good physical stamina and endurance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a line cook, fry cook, or in a similar fast casual restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations

- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist with inventory control and stock rotation
