Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of kitchen or cooking experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • good physical stamina and endurance

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook, fry cook, or in a similar fast casual restaurant environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • assist with inventory control and stock rotation
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and service
  • participate in training and development programs as required
