The Heart of House Team Member's responsibilities include properly learning and executing all recipe procedures to maintain consistency and quality, adhering strictly to company safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe kitchen, and communicating effectively with team members to keep all food orders flowing continuously. This role also requires familiarity with kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors, as well as prior experience in food and beverage service and preparation, which is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food preparation or service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedules
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members
  • Basic food safety knowledge
