  • strong knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to club recipes and standards
  • ensure that all dishes are cooked and presented to the highest standards of quality and freshness
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with the kitchen team to create daily specials and menu items
  • monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock is available for preparation
  • assist with the training and development of new kitchen staff members
  • follow all kitchen opening and closing procedures ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
