Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cooks or in a similar culinary role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including grilling, sauteing, frying, and plating
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours
  • Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the line
  • Maintain day to day cleanliness and organization of the cooking stations, including equipment and utensils
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
  • Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and other pre-service tasks as needed
  • Uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
