Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work dinner shifts
- availability to work four days a week including some weekends
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks
- basic knife skills
- food handler’s certification a plus
Job Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- knowledge of Japanese, Thai, Chinese, or American cooking techniques a plus
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and receive feedback
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking line menu items
