Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a line cook or similar role
knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
ability to stand for extended periods
capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical stamina for repetitive tasks
good communication skills

Job Duties

Maintains a clean kitchen
prepares food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces
cooks items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes
assists other BOH team members as needed
