The role of Line Cook at Hai Hospitality and Loro is a critical position within their kitchen teams. Line Cooks play an essential part in creating exceptional dining experiences for guests by preparing and cooking dishes that meet the high-quality standards of the restaurant. This position offers a competitive wage ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience, which reflects the value Hai Hospitality places on skilled kitchen professionals. Line Cooks are responsible for operating kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and knives safely and efficiently while keeping their workspace organized and clean. They work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate preparation of menu items, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish served. Physical stamina is important in this role, as it requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy trays or equipment, and working in a variety of temperatures. The position demands excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership and uphold safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Strong communication skills

- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
