The community is dedicated to helping residents live better lives by offering vibrant lifestyle options, financial stability, and comprehensive health and well-being services. Erickson Senior Living values its employees, providing a supportive work environment characterized by flexibility, work-life balance, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The company is committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and a workplace free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
The position of Line Cook at Highland Springs presents a unique opportunity to join a culinary team passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences through their Signature Dining program. This program emphasizes scratch cooking and chef-inspired creations that distinguish Highland Springs from other senior living communities. Serving an important role within the team, Line Cooks contribute significantly to the enjoyment and well-being of residents by consistently preparing meals that meet high standards for quality, presentation, and safety. This is a fine dining environment where culinary talents are celebrated and leveraged to enhance resident satisfaction with every dish. The role offers competitive hourly compensation, ranging from $19.50 to $22.00 based on experience, and includes a $500 sign-on bonus for new hires. Employees benefit from daytime schedules, avoiding typical late-night restaurant shifts, which supports a healthy work-life balance. Highland Springs also invests in its employees' future by offering education assistance, certification reimbursement, and a student loan refinancing partnership program. The Line Cook position requires at least one year of cook-to-order experience and availability on weekends and holidays, making it ideal for culinary professionals eager to work in a stable, growth-oriented company that values quality food, teamwork, and a supportive workplace culture.
