Job Duties
- Proper food handling and storage
- Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking
- Accurately and efficiently cooking food
- Ability to read in English or Español and following all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food according to The Turning Point and health department guidelines
- Learning and working in all areas including the three cooking stations, food prep, and dishwashing positions
- Following instructions from managers who lead by example
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
