This position is an hourly line cook role with compensation ranging from $13 to $18 per hour. The line cook will play a critical part in creating exceptional culinary experiences for guests by meticulously preparing and presenting menu items. This role is not just about cooking but also about ensuring food safety and quality standards are upheld at all times. Key responsibilities include preparing food items according to company recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and assisting other team members when necessary. The ideal candidate will be friendly, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends. Previous kitchen experience, especially in a restaurant or hotel, is preferred but not required. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and capable of working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with physical activities such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing repetitive motions like bending and sweeping.
