Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or culinary assistant in a restaurant setting is preferred
  • basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to take direction from the culinary leadership team and execute tasks with precision
  • availability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
