Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current food handler's permit
- One year of relevant experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical strength to lift 10 to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress kitchen environment
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of kitchen or cooking experience
- Knowledge of food items, culinary terms, and kitchen equipment
- Skill in interpersonal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 10 to 50 pounds
- Ability to adapt to high-stress environments
Job Duties
- Prepares all menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Supports brand by maintaining food quality and presentation
- Sets up and stocks station at beginning of shift
- Monitors and manages temperature of food and cooking equipment
- Maintains cleanliness and condition of kitchen equipment
- Assists management and cooks during high-volume periods
- Coordinates timing of food preparation with other line cooks and front line expeditor
- Cleans and restocks station at end of shift
- Completes janitorial tasks
- Demonstrates teamwork and communicates effectively
- Ensures workplace safety and harassment-free environment
- Adheres to sanitary and safe food handling practices
- Performs other related duties as assigned
