We are currently seeking passionate and dependable Heart of House Team Members at our Cleburne, TX location, situated at 1653 W. Henderson Street. This role is essential in keeping the kitchen operations running smoothly and efficiently, setting the tone for every successful shift. The Heart of House Team at Chili's plays a crucial role in creating an energetic and collaboration-driven environment where fast and friendly service is the standard. As a Heart of House Team Member, you will be responsible for learning and executing recipe procedures correctly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, and following company safety and sanitation protocols closely. Communication is key in this role, as you must effectively relay ticket times to teammates to help coordinate the pace of food preparation and maintain excellent service flow.
