Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Six months of line cook experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and twist continuously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- At least six months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of multiple cooking techniques
- Ability to accurately measure ingredients by weight, volume, and measurement
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Prepare fresh dishes using a variety of cooking methods and kitchen tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines
