Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age to operate certain equipment)
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to work in various temperature conditions (hot and cold)
must have effective communication skills

Job Duties

Prepares high-quality food by accurately following recipes and procedures to consistently deliver exceptional dishes
manages assigned station efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment
maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety by adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
supports the team by collaborating with kitchen staff and assisting with dishwashing as needed
complies with all food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines
promptly reports equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents
