The role being offered is for a Cook position within PENN Entertainment's kitchen operations. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and efficiency of the culinary services provided at PENN's venues. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down various cooking stations, assisting other cooks with various culinary tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen functions. This position requires a practical understanding of multiple cooking methods, such as grilling, wok cooking, sautéing, soup preparation, and vegetables chopping for sauces.
