We are currently seeking experienced line cooks to join our passionate culinary team. This role offers flexible scheduling options with opportunities for both day and evening shifts, making it ideal for motivated professionals seeking full-time or part-time work. Under the guidance of our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and senior line cooks, you will be responsible for preparing dishes that meet the high standards of our restaurant and consistently delight our guests. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous line cook experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including day and evening shifts
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
  • strong physical stamina to handle demanding kitchen environment
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications

  • excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
  • curious intelligence to continue learning in the position
  • knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
  • good sense of taste and smell
  • knowledge of a second language is a plus

Job Duties

  • follow and fulfill the duties given by the executive chef, sous chefs, or senior line cooks
  • keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
  • enjoy providing great hospitality
  • prepare dishes that meet the high standards of the restaurant
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
  • maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in inventory management and receiving deliveries
