Job Requirements

  • Two valid forms of government issued identification in great condition
  • Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint background check for a security badge
  • Full availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years experience as a line cook in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Leadership skills for lead cook positions preferred
  • Ability to stand 100 percent of the shift duration
  • Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning workstations
  • Operate cooking equipment such as ovens, ranges, and steamers safely and efficiently
  • Assist with prep work including cutting, portioning, and packaging food items
  • Work collaboratively with team members to manage high-volume service periods
  • Follow all health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds as required
