Texas Roadhouse values its Roadies deeply and offers them a comprehensive package of benefits and growth opportunities. Roadies enjoy flexible schedules that accommodate personal and professional commitments, and the company invests in their long-term careers with formal training programs and recognition systems. This package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation time, and a variety of insurance covers including life and short-term disability.
This role would suit individuals with a passion for cooking, a commitment to quality, and the ambition to grow within a nationally acclaimed restaurant brand.
