Cooks in our kitchen team are professionals who understand how to manage food costs, order appropriate quantities, and prepare food according to house count and demand. Keeping a clean and organized kitchen is essential, alongside handling food safely at all times. Whether you are a Lead Cook, Line Cook, Pantry/Prep Cook, or Breakfast Cook, your contributions will be vital to the overall success of our culinary operations. As a Lead Cook, you will be a role model in the kitchen, having mastered various cooking skills and training other staff members as needed. Line Cooks will focus on preparing high-quality food for restaurant and banquet guests following established guidelines. Pantry/Prep Cooks are responsible for all cold food items like salads, appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, and dressings, making a significant contribution to every meal. Breakfast Cooks help guests start their day with a hot meal and friendly service, a role that carries great importance.

The ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, and work under varying temperature and noise conditions is essential. Excellent near vision, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also required. English language proficiency is necessary to ensure clear understanding and communication.

Job Qualifications
