The Heart of House Team Member role is a pivotal position within the Chili's team, responsible for setting the pace each shift by ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Heart of House Team Member, you will engage in properly learning and executing all recipe procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. Your duties will also involve maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following all safety and sanitation policies, and communicating effectively with other team members to keep food orders flowing promptly.

  • Communicate ticket times to Team Members
  • Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
