Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Assist in prepping ingredients and supplies for daily service
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Follow health and safety regulations consistently
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs
  • Support training of junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment
