Cousin Louie's is an exciting new restaurant soon to open in Belterra, brought to life by TC4 & Co., the innovative team behind popular dining establishments such as The League Kitchen & Tavern, Tony C's, and Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden. This new venture continues the legacy of culinary excellence with a focus on authentic Italian cuisine crafted from cherished family recipes. At the heart of Cousin Louie's is third-generation chef Louis Ciola III, who personally oversees the kitchen's operations, bringing his expertise and heritage to every dish. The concept is centered around hand-made pasta and Italian specialties prepared fresh daily in a warm, casual, and timeless atmosphere designed to invite guests to experience extraordinary dining beyond the ordinary.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to follow all health and safety guidelines
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Assist in prepping ingredients and supplies for daily service
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs
- Support training of junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment
