The Heart of House Team Member role is pivotal in ensuring that Chili's maintains its reputation for quality and efficiency in the kitchen. Heart of House Team Members are responsible for learning and executing recipes precisely according to company procedures, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, upholding safety and sanitation policies, and ensuring food orders flow continuously. Effective communication, especially regarding ticket times, is essential to synchronize efforts with front-of-house staff and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. This role requires a team player who demonstrates a friendly, warm demeanor and can think quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors is advantageous, and prior experience in a similar food and beverage preparation role is preferred but not mandatory. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
